Description

Well I decided to give the slick Luis "pretty boy" Mahoney a female friend of some sort. I quickly evaluated his personality and realized that he's probablt not the kind of guy that can keep a woman within reach any longer than she can yell "get your hands off me!", and he's most definitely not erm... relationship material. No wife or girlfriend, then.

And so Luis' little sister was born: Bubbles Mahoney.
She is by no means the brightest young lady of Mobville, but she has a good heart and is a strong believer in the good intentions of the people all over the world.

Bubbles is also under the impression that all clothes are made from murdered dolphins, so she insists on wearing as few garments as possible at all times.
